In this module you will learn about myths and misconceptions regarding Project Management. You will also learn how the discipline varies across fields and which skills are gained that can be transferred to different domains.

Module 2: Phases of a Project Lifecycle
In this module you will go over the life cycle of a project. You will become acquainted with the different phases of a project, what happens in each phase and learn about specific tools that will enable you to effectively complete each phase in the cycle of a project.
