Where can I find my trainings or courses?
After you log in to ilmX (https://ilmx.org) using the credentials provided by your organization or ilmX, your courses will be listed under one of the four categories: In Progress, Upcoming, Completed and Browsed Courses.

Why can I not view the content of a course that I am enrolled in?
Courses or training are assigned to you by the HR or the relevant department of your organization. The dates and schedules are also set by your organization. If you have been enrolled in a training or a course that has not started yet, you will be able to see it under your ‘Upcoming’ tab, however the content will only be accessible once the course starts. If you are unable to access the content of a training that has already started please let us know at hello@ilmx.org

What is my dashboard?
Your dashboard gives you access to the courses and trainings that you have enrolled in, along with information such as course start and end dates and descriptions of the courses. You can access your dashboard by clicking on the dropdown menu next to your username at the top right corner of any page and selecting ‘Dashboard’.

Where can I find my username?
Your username is the name that identifies you on ilmX, and once registered, cannot be changed. You can see your username and other account information under the ‘Account’ tab by clicking on the personal menu on the top right corner.

What are the requirements to access ilmX?
You can access your account at any time from a laptop or desktop computer, as long as you have a stable connection to the internet and use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. If you want to access the training from a smartphone or tablet, you’ll need to download our ilmX app (coming soon!).

Are the courses and trainings at ilmX accessible to learners with disabilities?
ilmX strives to create an innovative online-learning platform that promotes accessibility for all learners. All the trainings and courses published on ilmX meet WCAG 2.1 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
